Coverage:

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in any sculpture manufactured by PREMIER SCULPTURE under normal use for the specified duration from the date of purchase. During this warranty period, PREMIER SCULPTURE will repair or replace, at our discretion, the sculpture or any of its parts that are found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship.

What Is Covered:

Structural Integrity: Cracks, breaks, or other structural issues arising from defects in material or craftsmanship.

Material Defects: Flaws in the stainless steel, marble, bronze, fiberglass, or other materials used in the sculpture that compromise its aesthetic or functional quality.

(NOTICE: Metal and stone finishes can have minor, natural defects inherent in the raw material, as well as variations in color and texture, which may not match samples or renderings shown to Buyer at the time of consultation. All sculptures are hand made and small imperfections in the finish may occur as a natural, uncontrollable characteristic of the fabrication process. Natural aging processes may affect the look and color of unpainted or non-powder coated metal, including but not limited to natural patinas for bronze. These imperfections shall not be considered defects.)

Workmanship: Faulty carving, casting, or assembly that affects the sculpture’s appearance or stability.

What Is Not Covered:

Out of the warranty period：Products beyond the warranty period

Damage Due to Improper Handling: Including but not limited to, dropping, mishandling, or improper installation. Artificial damage is not covered by the warranty.

Natural disasters: Damage to products caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to lightning, flood, earthquake or fire.

Environmental Damage: Damage resulting from exposure to harsh weather conditions, extreme temperatures, humidity, or chemicals.

Normal Wear and Tear: Natural aging, patina development on bronze, or slight surface scratches and discoloration over time. In terms of the nature of copper and stainless steel products, any patina, tarnish or color change that may occur in the product is normal and not covered by our warranty.

Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any repair or modification made by a third party not authorized by PREMIER SCULPTURE.

Claim Process:

Notification: Contact PREMIER SCULPTURE at info@premiersculpture.com to report the defect. Please provide proof of purchase and detailed photographs of the issue.

Resolution: If the defect is covered under this warranty, we will determine whether to repair or replace the sculpture or its defective parts.

Limitations and Exclusions:

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by PREMIER SCULPTURE. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of PREMIER.

Disclaimer:

PREMIER SCULPTURE disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages. The total liability of PREMIER SCULPTURE under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the sculpture.
